Nutrisystem Week 26 // Belle Belle Beauty

This week, I lost 2.0 pounds for a total weight loss of 34.0 pounds. Finally a big week. I feel like after I hit my initial goal of a 30 pound weight loss, taking any additional weight off has been a little harder slower. After adding in more resistance training, I can see definition appearing in my arms, but the numbers on the scale aren’t quite as dramatic. The solace is everyday, trying on my jeans, I realize I am closer and closer to needing a new pair. So I know my body is still changing, even if they scale isn’t. Now, I am just a small 11 pounds away from my revised goal. Can’t wait to get there and celebrate with some shopping!

SO proud of you! I know how hard this has been, yet how easy it’s been at the same time. I feel like Nutrisystem makes it easier, for sure. You continue to be a source of inspiration!

Love this image! This has given me inspiration in my own life… am hitting a wall. Not with weight loss but with setting up my own business – sometimes you need a little cheerleading to spur you on when things plateau.

Rachel, so well said. Sometimes it is great to hear or read about something to spur a little motivation and inspiration. I know how hard it is to set up a business. Keep at it – so so worth it in the end.

Wow, I am so inspired/impressed with you! That is awesome that you are almost at your goal. I have recently gotten back in to hot yoga and feel so much better/healthier with being active as well! Hope you have been great since Dallas conference 🙂
