Kate Spade isn’t one of those lifestyle companies that just jumped into beauty. No, they have approached it with great thought, reflecting the style and design they are known for. Their SUPERCALIFRAGILIPSTICK! is no slouch. This creamy lipstick made its way through a glorious Thanksgiving dinner and marathon Sunday Funday (can you think of a better lipstick test?).
The gold inter tube has the cheeky phrase ”pucker up” on the inner tube. The sleek design opens by pressing on the bottom of the tube. There are two closures – the first the end pops out and then pull the tube to reveal the color. I have to say this is one of my favorite lipstick packaging along with this one. I swipe on easily as it glides over even my dry chapped lips. Without a touchup, I made it through five hours on Thanksgiving – seriously. The hydrating formula is easy to wear and doesn’t bleed. And I love that it is made in the USA.
While initially my favorite was fanciful merlot, I can’t seem to resist decadent berry lately. Available in (from top to bottom above):

I’ve been stowing these babies in the cutest all that glitters davie bag. The patent faux leather is a cinch to keep clean. The lining is also spill proof and the 14-karat light gold plated hardware feels ultra luxe. The size is just right, 6 and a half inches long and 3 inches wide and deep.
