Tis the Season to be Pretty With Neutrogena on Belle Belle Beauty

Plans for New Years Eve? Frankly, I am not one who loves dramatic all out celebration. I prefer a cozy night in with friends, champagne and festive foods! But should you be going for the all-out approach, I have a nice party prep with budget-friendly Neutrogena products. This routine will get you a radiant and flawless complexion, looking great in photos (and in person of course!). #NoFilterNeeded

A week or two before the party: Start using an amped up exfoliation. I’ve been test driving Neutrogena’s Microdermabrasion System. At first I was nervous about how it would play with my sensitive skin. But it actually behaved well, with only a little redness for 10 minutes or so post scrub. I felt like my skin care products had a better chance to work. And I love that this professional treatment comes at such a friendly price. Expect a boost to anti-aging efforts!

Daily before the party: Neutrogena’s Pore Refining Daily Cleanser doesn’t really shrink my pores. I subscribe to the belief that that isn’t really possible. But this foaming, awesome-smelling cleanser contains Alpha hydroxy acids to help with cell turnover. My skin is looking brighter and more even.

Day of the party: Choose a foundation that has staying power and keeps skin shine-free. This drugstore option is pretty darn amazing. Neutrogena’s Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup Broad Spectrum SPF 20 is lightweight and never cakes. The finish isn’t overly matte. And SPF is thanks to the gentle Titanium Dioxide. I’ve been wearing the shade Buff (30).

Throw into your clutch night of: I continue to be amazed all all the great drugstore lip products out there. The new Neutrogena MoistureSmooth Color Sticks are no exception. They have a fruity delicious scent and are totally moisturizing. Juicy Peach (10) is a very sheer peachy pink that just gives the slightest tint. Plum Perfect (70) is also sheer but adds just enough wearable berry color.

Note: This post isn’t sponsored by Neutrogena. I just really liked these products!

  1. I bet these Moisture Smooth Color Sticks are a perfect dupe for Clinique’s ChubbySticks – looking forward to trying this plum color!
