It is like By Terry read my mind. Ombre Blackstar is ultra-smooth, highly-pigmented cream eye shadow in a pencil-like form. This crayon has a soft texture that can be applied to get an opaque, rich finish or blended out for a wash of color. The staying power is thanks to what By Terry calls a “temporary tattoo” coverage effect. The waterproof formula seriously does not budge.
