You guys know I am a BiTE Beauty junkie. I love this indie line that focuses on rich, nourishing lip products. Can you really call a brand indie if it is carried at Sephora? Well, you get the idea. I featured these holiday gifts in this post but I felt they merited a revisit.
This Altoids-like tin can features a mirror and four mini lip crayons. These guys pack a pigment punch but still manage to be hydrating. I love that they are retractable so don’t worry about sharpening anything. The jumbo tip allows for precision while the sides are great for filling in. BiTE Beauty products include Resveratrol, packed with anti-oxidants. And Organic oils lend to the nourishing feel.
While I was surprised to find two relatively neutral shades in a holiday kit, I appreciate that these are so wearable. Madeira is a balanced nude that isn’t too light or cool. Rubarb is a plummy rose. Quince is a cheerful cool pink/red. And Cranberry is a festive warmer red. This set gets my vote for the lipstick lover on your holiday shopping list.
