Staying Healthy and Beautiful During The Holidays on Belle Belle Beauty

Has the frenzy started for you yet? Seems like we are already full-steam into the holiday busy schedule. This week, I am going to try and slow down to enjoy and appreciate Thanksgiving. But let’s be honest, it is hard not to get caught up in all the sales, errands and celebrations. In an effort to avoid my annual holiday cold, I’ve been looking at keeping myself in shape from the inside out. This includes great nutrition and helpful supplements.

Veria Natural Products offers both single herbs and blends for almost any health concern you can imagine. I’ve been testing out a couple of the formulas and honestly feel better than ever when I stick to using them routinely. Digest This helps your enzyme creation and metabolism with fennel, ginger and other natural foods. Guduchi, specifically designed for Immune Support, is an Ayurvedic that boosts natural defenses. Sleep Well is for a better night’s snooze. The formula calms with Valerian, Basil and Chamomile. All three are gluten-free.

Perricone MD Nutriceuticals Skin & Total Body Dietary Supplements is an “beauty from the inside out” solution from a dermatologist-backed line. Not only does it improve the look of hair and nails, but it also helps boost mental and physical energy. You can expect both a radiant glow and free-radical fighting antioxidants. The system also helps support the immune system. Supplements include Perricone Prescription Super Antioxidant Formula, Omega 3, Derma-Glo, Rejuvenate, Skin and Joint Essentials, Calcium/Magnesium Blend and Astaxanthin.

Indulged too much? Find a quick recovery with Blowfish. Blowfish is the only FDA-registered over-the-counter drug that is specifically formulated for hangovers. You’ll be back in business in as little as 15 minutes. Dissolve in water and let the pain reliever and caffeine do its work!
